Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney for its Litigation Department in Peachtree Corners, GA. This role focuses on real estate litigation and offers a hybrid or remote work arrangement once requirements are met.

Duties

• Manage deadlines effectively and efficiently.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, and responses in advance of deadlines.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• Appear in court and at depositions.

Requirements

• 0-4 years' experience in litigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and self-management capability.
• Licensed to practice in Georgia or Tennessee; additional licenses in Alabama and/or Mississippi are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Georgia or Tennessee.
