Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Of Counsel to join its Business and Commercial subgroup in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A post-closing indemnity disputes and representations and warranty insurance disputes.

Duties

• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Supervise and mentor associates.
• Collaborate with experts on disputes.
• Assist with fact development and depositions.
• Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Develop comprehensive case strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in relevant M&A disputes.
• Experience with M&A transaction documentation and damages calculations.
• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills
