Duties:

  • Provide legal support to employers on a wide spectrum of labor and employment matters

  • Handle government inquiries and workplace investigations with a strategic and solution-focused approach

  • Draft and review workplace policies, employment agreements, and compliance documentation

  • Develop practical recommendations tailored to clients' business needs

  • Collaborate with the firm's litigation team to advise on legal strategy without engaging in trial representation

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring consistent legal support and risk management

  • Interact with external counsel, administrative agencies, and legal representatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of focused experience in employment law

  • Proven ability to offer actionable legal advice on workplace and HR compliance matters

  • Capacity to juggle multiple matters efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

  • Must hold active admission to the Bar in either New Jersey or Pennsylvania

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
