The team represents issuers, investment banks, and other market participants in various transactions and regulatory compliance.

Duties

• Advise on securities law and capital markets transactions.
• Draft registration statements and offering documents.
• Manage transactions and lead due diligence teams.
• Provide expertise in public securities offerings and private placements.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in securities law and capital markets.
• Experience at a large law firm preferred.
• Familiarity with public company reporting obligations.
• Strong writing skills and superior academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
