Duties

• Draft and prosecute patent applications.
• Collaborate with the Electrical Engineering and Software Team.
• Engage in patent litigation support activities.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of legal experience in patent prosecution.
• Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar field.
• Experience with wireless communication standards is preferred.
• Admitted to the USPTO.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Education

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field.

Certifications

• USPTO registration.
