Attorney - Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith

Job Overview
A law firm seeks an experienced attorney specializing in Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have over five years of relevant experience and demonstrate strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.

Duties

• Manage cases from inception to post-trial.
• Communicate with clients to keep them updated on case status.
• Make court appearances and participate in mediation.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare, review, and respond to discovery.
• Conduct research as required by each case.
• Conduct direct and cross-examination of expert witnesses at trial and depositions.
• Meet billing requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Insurance Coverage experience.
• Experience with deposition, mediation, and courtroom proceedings preferred.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Strong positive attitude and teamwork skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
