Job Overview

Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant transactional experience.
• Experience in a mid to large law firm preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of North Carolina or eligibility for admission.
