Job Overview

A law firm seeks a talented mid-level associate with 4-6 years of experience to join its International Trade Practice in Washington, DC. The role focuses on trade remedies, including antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings, and tariff-related trade policy issues. The successful candidate will advise clients on international trade compliance and import competition.

Duties

• Provide counsel on trade remedies, enforcement, and compliance issues.
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings and litigation.
• Prepare briefs, comments, petitions, and other advocacy documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze trade data.
• Collaborate with colleagues on integrated client matters.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in international trade law with a focus on trade remedies.
• Experience at a law firm, government agency, or both.
• Demonstrated experience handling Title VII matters.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in the District of Columbia.
