Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Trust Finance Associate to join their Finance & Banking Practice Group in Charlotte, NC. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on structured finance.

Duties

  • Represent trustees and/or collateral agents in structured finance transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and support on structured finance matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality legal services.

Requirements

  • One to five years of structured finance experience.
  • Experience representing trustees and/or collateral agents preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and effective communication skills.
  • Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the relevant state.

Skills

  • Interest in finance or accounting is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in previous roles.
