Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Investment Funds Associate in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience managing structured securities offerings, with a focus on commercial real estate law, including finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. This role involves representing public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional investors in various transactions.

Duties

• Manage structured securities offerings for the Investment Funds Group.
• Represent clients in real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Handle transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and complex financings.
• Collaborate with clients, lawyers, and business professionals effectively.
• Produce timely and accurate work products.
• Meet deadlines and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in structured securities offerings.
• Experience with commercial real estate law preferred.
• AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.

Education

• JD Degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the state of Florida.
