• Advise on employment, consulting, and equity compensation matters.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with venture-backed growth companies preferred.
• Background in a reputable law firm or venture capital fund is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
