Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Attorney to join its Litigation group in Philadelphia, PA. This non-partnership track position involves handling complex litigation matters, including product liability and asbestos cases, in both state and federal courts.

Duties

  • Communicate effectively with partners, clients, and staff.
  • Manage case dockets and appear in court.
  • Conduct and defend depositions.
  • Analyze complex legal issues and apply legal principles.
  • Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff.
  • Travel as required for client meetings and advocacy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in civil litigation.
  • Experience with product liability and asbestos litigation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

Skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal analysis and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
