Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Investment Funds Associate for its offices in Austin, Boston, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will possess immediately transferable skills and a strong academic background.

Duties

• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and business professionals.
• Produce timely and accurate deliverables.
• Manage deadlines and expectations efficiently.
• Foster positive work relationships.
• Engage in both physical and sedentary activities as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds.
• Experience with secondary transactions and structuring carry vehicles preferred.
• AmLaw 100 firm experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of application

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
