Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Investment Funds Associate with expertise in managing structured securities offerings to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate law, focusing on real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. Duties

  • Manage structured securities offerings for the Investment Funds Group.
  • Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and financings.
  • Collaborate with team members and work independently on projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Produce timely and accurate work products.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in structured securities offerings.
  • Experience with commercial real estate law preferred.
  • AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.

Education

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice in the state of office location.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good business judgment and ability to manage competing demands.
