Duties

• Assist in all aspects of class action and single-plaintiff litigation.
• Prepare position statements and evaluate claims.
• Prepare for mediations, discovery, and depositions.
• Draft motions and prepare cases for arbitration and trial.
• Research federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Provide strategic thinking in resolving employment disputes.
• Counsel HR professionals and business executives on compliance.
• Draft employment agreements.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of relevant labor and employment litigation experience.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Attention to detail and interest in public speaking.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the state of Washington.
