Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Investment Funds Associate in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience managing structured securities offerings, with a focus on commercial real estate law, including finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. This role involves representing public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional investors in various transactions.

Duties

  • Manage structured securities offerings for the Investment Funds Group.
  • Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, and complex financings.
  • Collaborate with team members and work independently on projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Produce timely and accurate work products.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in structured securities offerings.
  • Experience with commercial real estate law preferred.
  • AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.

Education

  • JD Degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice in the state of Washington.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good business judgment and ability to manage competing demands.
