Duties

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications.
• Create claim charts for products and industry standards.

• Manage a large docket of domestic and foreign patent prosecution.
• Direct foreign counsel and develop portfolio strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or similar field.
• Juris Doctor and admission to practice before the US Patent Office.
• 3-5 years of experience in Intellectual Property Law.
• Strong technical experience in telecommunications and related industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills and patent analysis ability.
• Ability to interface independently with clients.
