Duties

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications.
• Create claim charts to demonstrate infringement and validity.
• Conduct IP-related due diligence.
• Manage a large docket of domestic and foreign patent prosecution.
• Develop portfolio strategies and communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience with chip processing, microprocessors, and video processing, VGPUs.
• JD and admission to practice before the US Patent Office.
• 3-5 years of Intellectual Property Law experience.
• Excellent patent analysis ability.
• Ability to interface independently with clients.
• Strong technical experience in telecommunications and related industry standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Certifications

• Admission to practice before the US Patent Office.
