Duties

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in personal injury or civil litigation; 5-8 years preferred.
  • Active and in good standing with the local State Bar; multiple state admissions preferred.
  • Extensive jury trial experience with at least 5+ first chair trial verdicts.
  • Exceptional communication skills for client and team engagement.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.

Skills

  • Strong legal acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
  • Proficient in drafting legal documents and conducting trials.
