A law firm seeks a Real Estate Attorney for its Real Estate Finance Group in Philadelphia, PA. The candidate should possess strong experience in drafting and negotiating mortgage loan documents, conducting due diligence, and overseeing closings, including title, survey, and organizational documents. Familiarity with mezzanine lending is desirable. Open to PA, NY, and/or CT Bar admissions.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate mortgage loan documents.

• Manage organizational documents.

Requirements

• 4 - 7 years of experience.
• State Bar Admission required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in PA, NY, and/or CT.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in conducting due diligence.
• Experience with mezzanine lending preferred.
