Job Overview

Duties

  • Conduct depositions, examinations under oath, and participate in mediations.
  • Manage insurance coverage disputes from pre-suit through resolution.
  • Communicate with clients and provide strategic legal advice.
  • Collaborate with team members on case strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of insurance coverage experience.
  • Experience handling first-party property coverage disputes.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and respond to time-sensitive issues.
  • Strong academic and professional background preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.
