Duties

• Assist in handling securities class actions and stockholder derivative suits.
• Support M&A litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty and corporate control disputes.
• Engage in SEC and regulatory enforcement matters.
• Participate in accountants' and professional liability cases.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation and strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in securities litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
