Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Compensation and Benefits Associate in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience in compensation and benefits aspects of corporate transactions and counseling for emerging growth companies.

Duties

  • Advise on compensation and benefits matters for public and high-growth companies.
  • Collaborate with client teams to provide seamless counsel.
  • Engage in day-to-day counseling of emerging growth companies.
  • Work with growth-stage technology and life sciences companies and investors.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience at a peer law firm.
  • Exceptional academic credentials.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Membership to the State Bar of California.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

  • Admission to the State Bar of California.

Skills
