Job Overview
A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Atlanta, GA, to join its expanding practice. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience representing creditors in foreclosures, evictions, and title proceedings. Experience in creditor-side bankruptcy and litigation is advantageous.

Duties

  • Review title abstracts and loan documents for foreclosure sales.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
