A law firm seeks a Corporate and Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its team in Wilmington, Delaware. The successful candidate will engage in national commercial litigation matters and contribute to a dynamic legal practice.

Duties

  • Represent clients in commercial litigation cases.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Delaware; additional state admissions are advantageous.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in commercial litigation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in Delaware.
