A law firm seeks a Litigation Partner Attorney in Newark, NJ. The firm represents major national and regional companies in business counseling, risk assessment, and dispute resolution.

Duties

  • Represent clients in various claims and litigation matters.
  • Provide strategic legal advice in practice areas such as Transportation, Product Liability, and Insurance Defense.
  • Collaborate with a team to develop case strategies.
  • Draft and review legal documents and pleadings.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
  • Minimum of eight years of relevant legal experience.
  • Strong written advocacy and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in Business & Commercial Litigation, Management and Professional Liability, or General Liability preferred.
  • A portable book of business is preferred but not required.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in New Jersey.
