Job Overview:
A passionate and detail-oriented Attorney is sought to join a plaintiff-side employment law firm in Pasadena, California. This role is ideal for candidates a few years out of law school or recent graduates who have passed the California Bar and are eager to develop their litigation skills.

Location:

Duties:

• Draft pleadings and motions.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Appear at court hearings.
• Receive training in depositions and mediations as skills progress.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Strong background in legal research and high marks in legal writing.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and manage workload effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team player with sound judgment.
• Experience in class action and wage/hour litigation is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California state bar license.

Skills:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong initiative and attention to detail.
