Job Overview

Duties

  • Advise clients on executive compensation and employee benefits in business transactions.

  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas or eligible for admission.
