New York City office of our client seeks an experienced junior associate attorney. The candidate will be drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests. Drafting client advice memoranda and correspondence. Drafting corporate and commercial agreements. Providing rapid responses to client requests. Must have an admission or pending admission to U.S. Bar. Must have Law Review or equivalent journal membership. Intellectual property experience is required.

The candidate must have ability to quickly understand complex scenarios and take action accordingly. Must have ability to exercise sound, practical business judgment while working autonomously; strong initiative and motivation. Must have outstanding written communication skills and attention to detail. Must have strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client and firm matters. Must have ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
