A law firm seeks a Pre-Litigation Attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada. Duties

• Oversee personal injury cases from initial intake through resolution.
• Perform detailed investigations to assess liability and damages.
• Prepare and file necessary pre-litigation documents.
• Engage in settlement negotiations with insurers and opposing counsel.
• Deliver outstanding client communication and keep clients informed throughout the process.

Requirements

• Lawyer in good standing to practice law in the state.
• 5+ years of personal injury experience as a plaintiff's attorney.
• Excellent knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures pertaining to personal injury cases.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply legal precedents, statutes, and regulations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.
• Experience in conducting legal research and preparing legal briefs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team, including legal assistants and other attorneys.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
