Duties

• Handle personal injury litigation cases from inception through trial or settlement.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and litigation-related documents.
• Take and defend depositions, including parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Attend court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and evaluate case value strategically.
• Collaborate with support staff to proactively move cases forward.
• Analyze liability, damages, and medical evidence.
• Provide clients with guidance and consistent communication throughout litigation.

Requirements

• Active Nevada Bar license required.
• 10+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred.
• Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage litigation deadlines and caseloads.
• Trial experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
