Duties

• Manage and handle a caseload of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury matters.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Conduct client meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with opposing counsel and insurance representatives.
• Maintain organized, detailed files and meet all deadlines and case milestones.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to deliver high-quality representation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the State of Nevada (in good standing).
• 1-3 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage and prioritize a caseload.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Commitment to honesty, hard work, kindness, and competence.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Nevada.
