  • Lead complex cases from strategy through settlement or trial.
  • Review legal work products and ensure communication standards.
  • Support the development of junior attorneys and law students.

Requirements

  • Active South Carolina Bar license.
  • 5-7+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, including litigation.
  • 1+ years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Experience mentoring attorneys and managing high-complexity cases.
  • Familiarity with modern legal technology is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Active South Carolina Bar license.
