Attorney needed for Atlanta office

A law firm in Atlanta is seeking an Attorney to maintain a full caseload primarily focused on employment-based matters, specializing in O-1, NIW, and EB-1 petitions. The successful candidate will possess a J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school, admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state, and proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.

Duties:

• Maintain a full caseload of primarily employment-based matters, specializing in O-1, NIW, and EB-1 petitions.
• Work with clients to gather case information, draft petition letters, and respond to requests for evidence and other agency actions.
• Conduct legal research, writing, and analysis.
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing in Mandarin Chinese.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Organize and manage case load under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
• 2+ years of experience in L-1, O-1, NIW, and EB1 petitions desirable.

Education:

J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications:

Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
