Job Overview
A law firm seeks an experienced Labor and Employment Counsel to join its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of employment litigation experience, including work on single plaintiff matters and wage and hour class actions. This role requires an active member of the California bar.

Duties

• Oversee all phases of litigation.
• Serve as lead or day-to-day case manager.
• Supervise associates and staff.
• Act as a primary client contact.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship growth.

Requirements

• Minimum ten years of employment litigation experience.
• Active membership in the California bar.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously.
• Significant deposition and courtroom experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active California bar membership.

Skills

• Strong leadership and case strategy skills.
• Excellent client communication abilities.
• Experience with employment advice and counseling preferred.
