Duties

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in commercial bankruptcy and debtor/creditor rights.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Demonstrated litigation experience; federal and state court experience preferred.
• Admitted and in good standing in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware.
• Delaware bar admission is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one of the specified jurisdictions.
