Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney with over four years of experience in handling complex litigation matters, including insurance defense, construction, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation, for their Philadelphia, PA office. Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars is required.

Duties

  • Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
  • Interview witnesses and engage experts effectively.
  • Draft motions and pleadings with precision.
  • Assist with and/or take and defend depositions.

Requirements

  • Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars.
  • Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage complex cases and collaborate in a team environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars.
