Job Overview

A law firm seeks a talented Litigation Attorney with 6-10 years of experience to join their legal team in Albany, NY. This position is ideal for a senior associate aiming for partnership and leadership roles within a growing office.

Duties

  • Handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

  • Stay current on developments in insurance defense, environmental, and commercial litigation.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the New York State Bar.
  • 6-10 years of litigation experience.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.

Education
