Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Labor & Employment Associate (Junior to Mid-Level) for its Sacramento office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries nationwide.

Duties

  • Engage in employment class and individual litigation.
  • Handle cases involving unfair competition and employment discrimination.
  • Advise on sexual harassment, retaliation, and leave of absence matters.
  • Assist with employee accommodations and personnel policies.
  • Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations.
  • Draft and review employment agreements.

Requirements

  • 2nd to 4th year associate experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and initiative to take ownership of work.
  • Litigation experience required; wage and hour background preferred.
  • Member of the California State Bar.

Education

  • Strong academic credentials.

Certifications
