Duties

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in employment defense litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of California state and federal court procedures.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence in legal work.

Preferred Qualifications
