Duties

• Manage significant portions of cases alongside senior attorneys.
• Engage in civil litigation, including general liability defense and breach of contract.
• Handle probate and trust litigation, such as will contests and conservatorships.
• Draft and argue both dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
• Conduct written discovery and manage depositions.
• Litigate cases through trial and maintain client communications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of litigation practice in civil and/or probate law.
• Proficiency in discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case strategy.

Education

• J.D. degree.

Certifications

• Active California bar membership.
