Duties

• Handle defense of products liability, personal injury, and professional malpractice actions.
• Develop and execute client service strategies.
• Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys.
• Represent clients in New York State and federal courts.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years of litigation experience, preferably in torts.
• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
• Experience in New York State and federal courts.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
