Torts and Products Liability Senior Associate

Job Overview
A law firm seeks a full-time senior associate or junior partner for their Torts and Products Liability Defense Practice Area in Albany, New York. Practicing attorneys with a minimum of six years of litigation experience, preferably in torts, are encouraged to apply. This position will be based in Albany.

• Duties
• Defend products liability, personal injury, and professional malpractice actions.
• Develop and execute service strategies for clients.
• Work directly with clients to address their legal needs.

• Requirements
• Licensed to practice in New York State.
• Minimum of six years of litigation experience, preferably in torts.
• Experience in New York State and federal courts.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Certifications
• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
