• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, such as physician employment agreements and vendor contracts.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of substantive experience in healthcare transactions.
• Admitted to practice law in the respective state.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and confident team player.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar admission.
