A law firm seeks a skilled Health Care Associate in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of diverse health care legal experience or corporate transactional experience with an interest in the health care industry. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Duties

• Engage in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, and corporate reorganizations.
• Manage sales of medical practices under asset-based and equity-based structures.
• Address healthcare industry business lifecycle issues, including drafting agreements.
• Provide regulatory counsel on laws affecting health care clients.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of relevant legal experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey; NY admission is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant states.
