Duties

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and advising on employee benefits and executive compensation plans.
  • Substantial experience in drafting and reviewing sophisticated corporate documents.
  • Prior experience working at a law firm is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the firm conducts business.
