Job Overview

A well-established law firm is seeking experienced Partner-Level Attorneys to join its Construction Law practice in the Orlando office. This opportunity is suited for attorneys with a strong book of business and a successful track record in handling construction-related legal matters, including dispute resolution, contract negotiation, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is looking for a platform to expand their practice within a collaborative and growth-oriented legal environment.

Location

  • Orlando, Florida

Duties

  • Lead and manage complex construction law matters involving commercial, residential, or public projects

  • Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and litigation related to construction disputes

  • Draft and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements

  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance, licensing, and permitting

  • Collaborate with other partners and practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters

  • Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives

  • Provide mentorship and oversight to junior attorneys and legal support staff

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in construction law with a demonstrated history of managing high-value matters

  • Proven ability to independently manage clients and case strategies

  • Commitment to client service and legal excellence

  • Florida Bar admission preferred or willingness to become admitted

  • Preference given to attorneys with bilingual (English/Spanish) skills

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in Florida preferred

  • Admission in other U.S. jurisdictions considered with willingness to seek Florida Bar admission

Skills

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and litigation abilities

  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills in construction-related matters

  • Effective communicator with clients, stakeholders, and legal teams

  • Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus

  • Business development aptitude and entrepreneurial mindset
