Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join the Commercial Disputes practice in Newark, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in general commercial litigation, multi-district litigation, or class actions in state and federal courts. Duties

• Conduct independent legal research.
• Draft substantive pleadings and motions.
• Organize and manage discovery practices, including e-discovery.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Admitted to or eligible for the New Jersey Bar.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent communication skills.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications
