Duties

• Advise on tax structuring for mergers and acquisitions.
• Handle partnership tax and federal income tax matters.
• Manage private equity transactions.
• Engage in federal and state tax controversy work.
• Consult on ERISA and employee benefits laws.

Requirements

• 5+ years of tax law experience.
• Experience in a private firm, IRS, or accounting firm.
• Admitted to the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar, or eligible to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar membership in New Hampshire and Massachusetts preferred.
