Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Healthcare Associate to join its Life Sciences Team in New York. The successful candidate will contribute to regulatory work and support key clients in the healthcare industry, leveraging their expertise in life sciences law.

Duties

• Provide regulatory advisory services and contract review.
• Engage in transactional work, including M&A and IPOs.
• Ensure FDA compliance for drugs, biologics, and medical devices.
• Advise on OIG, CMS, and DOJ matters affecting life sciences.
• Design and implement compliance programs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a top 100 law firm setting.
• Experience in life sciences law, including regulatory and transactional work.
• Knowledge of FDA, FTC, and other applicable laws.
• Experience with state Boards of Pharmacy regulations and DEA permitting.
• New York Bar admission required.

Education

• Strong academic record with relevant coursework in life sciences.

Certifications

• New York Bar admission.
